- Gorilla trekking is a strenuous activity and one should be physically fit to enjoy this tour.
- Minimum gorilla tracking age is 15 years.
- Anyone with signs of communicable diseases will NOT be allowed to track.
- While possession of a gorilla permit is a guarantee of trekking and sighting the gorillas, the quality of the gorilla trekking cannot be guaranteed.
- Maximum time allowed with the gorillas will NOT exceed ONE hour.

Arrive in Rwanda, Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
On arrival at the Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed to the land of “a Thousand Hills” by our tour guide who will then drive you to your prebooked hotel/lodge in Kigali city for your dinner and overnight.

Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Kigali
Our driver or guide will meet you at Kigali International Airport after your arrival. Depending on what time you reach Kigali, you might go for a city tour - which takes some hours and visit such hot spots as the Genocide memorial centers and various points of interest in Kigali.
Your driver or guide will then transfer you northward to Volcanoes National Park where you will stay the night and await gorilla trekking the next morning. The drive is full of sightseeing as the gentle hills roll by to emphasize why Rwanda is called the land of a thousand hills. You will arrive at your hotel or lodge that is just at the foothills of the Volcanoes.
