Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will need to arrive at Entebbe airport in the morning (latest midday) and you will be welcomed by your safari guide. After finalization of your emigrations formalities, you will start your journey to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Queen Elizabeth national park boasts of a high diversity of flora, fauna and birds. Along the way, you will stop briefly at the equator for photo opportunities and proceed to the park. You will arrive late in the evening.

Chimpanzee Tracking, Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel
Early morning you will depart to Kyambura Gorge in Queen Elizabeth NP where visitors can climb through tropical forest and catch a glimpse of a variety of primates, including chimpanzee, black-and-white colobus, vervet and olive baboons in the gorge.
After lunch, you will proceed for a unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. The cruise offers an excellent platform for photography and game viewing. The bird life is colourful and abundant.

Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable NP via Ishasha
After breakfast, you will start your journey to Bwindi impenetrable national park – the home of Mountain Gorillas in Uganda. You will pass via Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park where you will have a game drive in search of tree climbing lions.
You will arrive at your accommodation near Bwindi national park in the evening and rest as you prepare for Gorilla trekking.

Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi, Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Begin your gorilla trek in the early morning, and set off into the tangled and mist-shrouded forests with guides and trackers who are very experienced at locating the gorillas by finding the nest the family had used the previous night.
The search for these majestic animals goes through thick untamed rainforest but the encounter is worth the effort. The experienced ranger guides will willingly share with you a lot of information about the history and lifestyle of the Gorillas.
After spending an hour with the gorillas, you will exit the forest and drive to Lake Bunyonyi where you will relax.

Return to Entebbe, Departure
Early in the morning, you will start your journey back to Entebbe stopping for lunch en route. Expect to arrive back in the city in the early evening after a quick but exhilarating summary tour of Uganda.
